Sharp knife (adult needed)
Small mixing bowl
Fork or whisk
1⁄2 cupplain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoonsbuttermilk or milk
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
1 teaspoonfinely chopped onion
1⁄2 teaspoonfinely chopped garlic
1 tablespoonfinely chopped dill, chives or parsley
- Put the yogurt and buttermilk in the mixing bowl and, using a fork or whisk, mix until well combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix again.
- Cover and refrigerate at least one hour or up to 3 days.
