3⁄4 cups
low-fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
1⁄4 cup
low-fat greek or plain low fat yogurt
2 tablespoons
maple syrup


  1. Put the cream cheese, yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. When the cupcakes are completely cool, use the table knife to swirl a bit of icing on each one.
  3. Serve right away
